I'm a total beginner with zero programming experience. I've tried YouTube tutorials but I get distracted too easily. I commute about 40 minutes each way, so podcasts would be perfect to learn during that time.

Any recommendations? Ideally something that explains concepts clearly without assuming prior knowledge. Free resources preferred but willing to pay for quality.
